Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Options

There are two payment options available with our current Checkout system: "PayPal" and "Check."

Paypal: Use the PayPal option to:

pay for your order with a credit or debit card (there is no need to be a PayPal member)
pay for your order with a PayPal balance or bank account (must be a PayPal member)

Please note: You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay with a credit or debit card using PayPal.

Check: Payment options on this shopping cart are very limited, so all payment methods other than credit and debit cards are lumped together under "Check." We do, however, accept money orders (including Western Union and Moneygram money orders), well-concealed cash, and alternate PayPal options along with personal checks. When you are checking out, you will need to provide a "Check" number in order to complete the Checkout process; the appropriate number to give for each method of payment is described below.
Personal Check:

Enter the actual check number you will be using to indicate payment by personal check.
Please note: Personal checks are subject to a waiting period of 8 to 10 business days and a service fee if they are returned "NSF" (Not Sufficient Funds)
We only accept checks from US customers.

Money Order

Enter the number "1111" to indicate payment by a money order (including Western Union or Moneygram payments).
All money orders must be made out in US dollars.

Well Concealed Cash

Enter the number "2222" to indicate payment by well-concealed cash.
Please note: Cash is always sent at your own risk. Should you choose this option, make sure that the cash is truly well-concealed and please do not mail change.
All cash payments must be in US dollars.

PayPal (from a PayPal account or bank balance)

Enter the number "3333" to indicate payment by PayPal, from a PayPal balance or bank account, within 7 days.
If you are paying from a PayPal balance or bank account, you may pay immediately through the "PayPal" option provided. However, if you do not wish to pay immediately, you may indicate (by entering the appropriate number) that you will be paying later through PayPal. A money request will then be sent to you that you will need to fulfill within 7 days of placing your order. Please note: This delayed payment option is only available for customers who are paying from a PayPal balance or bank account (not a debit card). Late payments by credit or debit card will be rejected and your order will be canceled. Also, all PayPal payments - from both US and international customers - must be received within 7 days of placing an order.
All PayPal payments must be in US dollars.

Mailing Payment: If you are mailing payment, please include a copy of the invoice with your payment and/or write your invoice number on your payment.

Please note: Payments mailed from US customers must be received with 7 days of placing an order; payments mailed by international customers must be received within 14 days of placing an order. If payment is not received during the specified time, your order will automatically be canceled.

2. Shipping

Shipping Costs

Postage is currently figured at the actual estimated weight of the items ordered plus a $2.25 handling fee (for orders within the US) or a $3.00 handling fee (for orders outside the US).

Packaging

We always do our best to package items securely. Under most circumstances, items are shipped in boxes. We also use materials as bubble wrap, peanuts, tissue paper, and/or newspaper.
While we do buy many of our packaging materials, in order to help the environment and to keep handling costs down, we do recycle some materials. This includes reusing boxes, reusing peanuts, and using newspaper as packaging.

Shipping Time

Packages are under most circumstances shipped the next full business day after payment is received. On occasion shipment may take an extra day or two either due to circumstances that prevent me from getting to the post office OR if an order is very large (in the amount and/or size of items ordered) and thus takes more time to package.

3. Insurance

All packages shipped within the US include delivery confirmation; however, insurance is an extra and optional expense. If you choose to ship without insurance, I cannot be responsible if something happens to the package in transit.

For International Buyers: Insurance can sometimes be purchased depending on the form of shipping you choose.

Letter Post: No insurance is available.
Parcel Post: Insurance is available
Global Priority: No insurance is available.
Global Express: Insurance is included in the cost of the postage.

Insurance for US and International packages can be purchased in the "Shipping Options" category.

4. Returns

Unless an item is grossly misrepresented, I do not accept returns. All items are sold "as is," so please ask any questions you may have before you make a purchase. Pictures of non-pictured items and more detailed pictures of items that are pictured on the site are available upon request.

If there is a non-shipping related problem with the order, buyer must notify me within three days of receipt.

In the event that I do accept a returned item, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

I describe the items I’m selling to the best of my ability and will note any flaws that I see; however, I cannot guarantee that I have caught every single problem a particular item may have. Remember: Many of the items listed in this store are used toys that have been played with (some less gently than others) by children. They are also often 10 to 20 years old. As a result, they are very rarely flawless. Anything labeled “Excellent” or below shows at least some sign of use.

1. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we choose.
Some (but not all) reasons why we might cancel an order are:

A person has placed an order in the past - either through our store or on eBay - and then cancelled.
A person is a known to engage in fraudulent online activity.
