| I have never had any intention of trying to do a My Little
Pony ribbon guide. When I ID accessories, it is important to me to be as accurate as possible, and I think it would be virtually impossible to correctly identify the vast majority of pony ribbons without actually having the ponies MIP and opening them up. There are just too many ribbons with slight variations in shade, and they discolor or fade too much over time. Some ponies were even released with more than one color of ribbon.
However, there are a few distinctive pony ribbons that I think can
be accurately identified. I also have a few |

| Unfortunately, it is often difficult, if not impossible, to
see the color of a ribbon with a MIP pony. For this reason, it is much harder to get an accurate idea of what color ribbon the pony came with than to figure out the pony's brush or comb (which is hard enough). So the key I use for determining how certain I am that a particular pony came with a particular ribbon is a little different than for brushes and combs:

| The brown My Pretty Pony came with 5 ribbons (according to
her box). Since almost all the MPP ribbons I have ever received have been in bad condition, I'm not sure what most of them were supposed to look like originally. The above are my best guesses.
A pink and (possibly) a yellow My Pretty Pony were also released, but I have

longer and thicker than regular pony ribbons. Each Brush 'n Grow pony came with two identical ribbons. |

According to TCPAG, Princess
Sparkle came with an aqua or pink ribbon. However, I received a dark aqua
