Shopping Cart Instructions

1. Selecting Items
The first step in using the shopping cart is finding ponies to buy!

- If you are looking for a specific item, we recommend using the
"Search" feature. Just click on the "Search" button in the
navigation bar on the top of each page.

- If you would like to browse through the store, we recommend
using the drop down menus in the pink bar to the left of each page.
2. Adding Items to Basket
- Once you've found something you'd like to buy, type the number
of items you'd like to buy in the "Quantity" box and then click on
the "Add to Basket" button. (Please note: Many of our products
are one of a kind, so there may only be one item available for
purchase.)

- Once you've added an item to your basket, you will often see a
"Not in Stock" image on the page. Don't worry!  All this means
is that the item (which we probably only had one of) is now in
your basket and is no longer available for other people to
purchase.

- To see what is in your shopping cart at any time, click on the
"Basket" button in the navigation bar on the top of each page.

- Please note: If you don't complete the Checkout procedure,
your shopping cart will expire (that is, all items will be taken out
of your cart and returned to store inventory) within one hour.
3. Checking Out
- Once you have finished selecting items to purchase, you are
ready to Checkout. To begin the Checkout process, click on the
Checkout button in the navigation bar on the top of each page.

- The first thing you will be asked is if you want to login to an
existing account, create an account, or place an order without an
account. It is not necessary to have an account to place your order;
however, we will most likely use the account feature to run
special sales for repeat customers. So, if you anticipate buying
from us regularly, it is not a bad idea to begin an account.
Please note: The information in your account will only be used
within our store and we will never sell or disclose this information
to anyone else.

- The second Checkout page asks for your mailing and billing
information. This is quite self-explanatory.

- The third Checkout page asks you to choose a shipping
method and indicate the method of payment you will be using.
There is information in both our Terms and Conditions and on the
Checkout page that help explain how to fill out shipping and
payment information.

- The fourth Checkout page completes the payment method and
then you are finished!  Make sure you save a copy of your invoice
for your records.
