Note: The information included below is only intended to describe US brushes. I may include information about certain non-US items if I have it; however, assume all the information below refers only to the US accessories unless otherwise specified.

Key
Some brushes and combs are very distinctive and were only released with one or two ponies. If that is the case, I have listed the pony I believe the b/c came with underneath the color.
There are a number of shades of brushes and combs that I'm not 100% sure which ponies they came with. This is the following key I'm using to distinguish how certain I am that a particular pony came with a particular shade of brush or comb: bolded name: I feel confident that the pony came with this shade of b/c because I have done at least 2 of the following: received the pony MIP, seen a photo of the pony MIP or received the b/c with the loose pony unbolded name: I think the pony probably came with this b/c, but I am not completely confident because I did not do at least 2 of the above things name followed by a ?: I have reason to think the pony might have come with this shade of b/c but I don't have sufficient evidence to know for certain names followed by a *: I received the brush with the MIP pony If I don't have any idea about the exact shade of a pony's brush or comb, the pony's name will just be listed after the color group.
Note: It can be extremely difficult to distinguish between different shades of brushes and combs (especially pink and purple ones). I have erred on the side of identifying different shades if two shades appear different, so some of the shades listed are just a slight variation of another.

Note: The Rainbow ponies were not real consistent with their colors of brush/comb sets. Skydancer usually
came with the green set, but I have gotten a MOC store bought Skydancer with Tickle's light green set. The light
green set did definitely come with Tickle, but I've also received a store bought Tickle that had the lighter green
set.

I also know Starshine came with at least two different shades of brushes - the slightly pinkish purple set
(definitely) and the light purple set (probably). (I had both Moonstone and Starshine in my childhood collection
and I had the pinkish purple and light purple sets with my childhood ponies. I'm just not 100% sure which set
went with which pony. MOC photos of Moonstone, though, look like they have pinkish purple brush sets.)

I've also found at least two versions of Confetti's brush set.

I'm not sure what is responsible for the difference, though some variations might have to do with whether the
ponies were store bought or mail order ponies.

There are many shades that are some variation of pink and purple, and the shades are often only slightly different from others. I have listed all the shades I've found that have slight but noticeable differences between them; however, some of the different shades may be due to fading, discoloration or some other factor.
